Provide details about the service you're interested in, and I'll guide you through the process. Q: What is your turnaround time? A: Turnaround time varies by service. On average: •Gold leaf prints: 2 weeks. •Mini pet portraits: 3 weeks. •Custom canvases: 4-5 weeks. •Digital pet portraits: 2-3 weeks. Q: Do you accept rush orders? A: Yes, for an additional fee, depending on the project and my schedule. Q: Do you offer shipping? A: Yes, I ship within the Unites States. Shipping costs depend on the size and destination. Q: Can I request changes to the artwork? A: Small adjustments are possible depending on the stage of the work. Additional fees may apply for extensive changes. Q: Do you accept refunds? A: I do not accept refunds or returns. If any damage has been done to the art in transit, please contact me within 1 week of receiving your art. Q: Do you offer signature required delivery? A: I am happy to offer signature required delivery, it will incur an additional charge. Art By Aiyla is not responsible for refused delivery, whether the recipient was not able to sign for delivery or the recipient is unable to pick up at the postal pickup location.

Gold Leaf Prints Q: Will the gold leaf prints have gold foil? A: Yes, each print is created using my original artwork and embellished with a gold foil detailing for a unique finish. Q: Are prints available in different sizes? A: Yes, sizes range from 5x7, 8.5x11 and 11x17. Q: What kind of paper will my print be on? A: All pieces are printed on high quality 120lb satin cardstock. Q: Can I request a custom design? A: At the moment, gold leaf prints are based on existing designs, but custom artwork may be available as a separate service.

Mini Pet Portraits Q: What do I need to provide for a mini pet portrait? A: Please provide a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet, preferably showing their unique features and personality. Q: What size are the wood slice ornaments? A: They typically measure 3.5-4 inches in diameter. Sizes may vary slightly due to the natural material. Q: Can I include text on the ornament? A: Yes! I can add a pet’s name and/or date on the back for a person touch! Q: How are the ornaments finished? A: Each ornament is sealed with a resin and includes a ribbon for easy hanging.

Custom Canvases Q: What size options are available for custom canvases? A: Any size! Let me know what size fits your needs! Q: Can I request a specific theme or style? A: Absolutely! Let me know your vision, and we’ll collaborate to bring it to life. Q: How long does a custom canvas take to complete? A: Depending on size and complexity, it can take 2-4 weeks. I’ll provide updates throughout the process. Q: Is framing included? A: Frames are not included.

Digital Pet Portraits Q: What do I need to provide for a digital pet portrait? A: A clear, high-quality photo of your pet. If you have a specific background or color theme in mind, let me know! Q: What format will the portrait be delivered in? A: Digital portraits are delivered as high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. Additional formats may be available upon request. Q: Can I print the digital portrait myself? A: Yes! Digital files can be printed at home or through a professional printing service. Q: Can I request multiple pets in one portrait? A: Yes, additional pets can be included for an extra fee.

Live Sketch Events Q: What does a live sketch event include? A: I provide on-the-spot sketches for event attendees. Each sketch takes about 5-7 minutes and can be customized for the theme of the event. Q: What types of events do you cater to? A: I’m available for various events, including weddings, corporate functions, festivals, parties, and community gatherings. Q: How many sketches can you create during an event? A: On average, I can complete 8-10 sketches per hour. For a 6-hour event, this totals around 50-60 sketches. Q: Do you bring your own setup? A: Yes, I bring all necessary art supplies and a compact setup. I may need access to a table, up to 4 chairs, and access to an outlet for lighting. Q: How far in advance should I book? A: It’s best to book 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons.
