Terms and Conditions

By commissioning or purchasing artwork and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders and Payments
•    A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your order.
•    Full payment must be made prior to the delivery of digital files or shipment of physical artwork.
•    Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but agreed-upon pricing for confirmed orders will be honored.

2. Turnaround Time
•    Estimated turnaround times are provided during order placement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be notified promptly.
•    Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be discussed in advance.

3. Revisions and Approval
•    Revisions are allowed based on the service and stage of completion. Excessive or significant changes may incur additional fees.
•    Approval of the final design is required before delivery or shipment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
•    Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
•    Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund of any deposit paid.

5. Shipping and Delivery
•    Shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
•    I am not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Digital Files
•    Digital files are provided for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon.
•    Clients are responsible for proper storage and printing of digital files.

7. Live Sketch Events
•    A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date.
•    I reserve the right to take breaks as needed during events and will provide sketches to the best of my ability within the allotted time frame.
•    Travel fees may apply for events outside a designated service area.

8. Intellectual Property
•    I retain the copyright to all original artwork, including commissioned pieces.
•    Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without my written permission.
•    I reserve the right to use images of completed artwork for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Liability
•    I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries related to the use or display of my artwork or services.

10. Agreement
By placing an order or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
